Department of Laboratory Technologies
It was established in 2021, and seeks to graduate and train students with high efficiency in theory and practice, to qualify them to work in laboratory analyzes and conduct chemical, clinical and other tests in government and private institutions.
Department Vision:
The Department of Medical Laboratory Technologies represents an effective means to meet the community's need for specialized cadres in supporting various health, research and educational institutions, in addition to investing the energies of teachers and students in primary and higher scientific, theoretical and applied research and studies, as well as training, awareness and health and scientific mobilization within future foundations in line with modern developments through the acquisition of highly technical and professional laboratories and harnessing them scientifically and academically according to an advanced methodological perspective.
Department Mission:
Meeting the community's need for specialized service cadres with scientific specifications and modern technical standards and preparing to meet those cadres to work in various health and research institutions, as well as supporting the private sector, noting that the department's future mission is clear with high ambition and seeks to provide the finest services and the development of teaching and student staff in the fields of scientific and knowledge research as well as community services and expand the horizons of scientific cooperation with the corresponding departments and relevant institutions.
