Al-Amal College for Specialized Medical Sciences Organizes a Scientific Seminar on "Self-Healing of Human Body Cells"

The Continuing Education Unit at Al-Amal College for Specialized Medical Sciences held an interactive scientific seminar titled "Self-Healing of Human Body Cells." The session was presented by Lecturer Dr. Faten Abdel-Kazim Khalif and was attended by a number of faculty members and students.

The seminar addressed the concept of self-healing as a natural process possessed by the body and mind to restore balance and health through the body's innate capabilities, which can be enhanced through healthy habits and psychological techniques. The lecturer explained that among the most prominent mechanisms of self-healing are wound recovery and the stimulation of immune system functions. Furthermore, she highlighted the importance of promoting mental health through meditation, proper nutrition, physical exercise, and strengthening social and emotional support.

The seminar indicated that adopting these practices contributes to improving the efficiency of the body's systems and their ability to resist diseases, thereby assisting cells in returning to their natural state of regeneration and self-repair.

This seminar is part of a series of scientific activities organized by Al-Amal College, aimed at raising health awareness and instilling a culture of prevention and self-care among students and the academic community.
