Al-Amal College Holds an Applied Scientific Event and Provides Various Medical Services to Patients

Under the Slogan: "A Skill to be Seen... and Sciences to be Applied"

Today, Sunday, April 12, 2026, Al-Amal College for Specialized Medical Sciences witnessed the hosting of an applied scientific event organized by the Medical Laboratory Techniques Department in collaboration with the Cosmetic and Laser Technologies Department. The event saw remarkable attendance and widespread interaction from both students and visiting patients.

The event was inaugurated by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Mufeed Jalil Awad, who emphasized the importance of enhancing the practical aspect of student training and linking it directly to the health needs of the community. He highly praised the efforts exerted in organizing this scientific activity, which reflects the advanced level of the College and its dedication to providing rigorous applied education.

The event included conducting numerous laboratory tests for patients under the supervision of specialized staff. This provided students with a valuable opportunity to apply their skills directly within an environment that perfectly simulates the reality of working inside medical laboratories.

Furthermore, the event featured the provision of diverse medical services, encompassing consultations and clinical examinations in the fields of therapeutic nutrition, Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialties, as well as dermatology. This initiative significantly contributed to delivering effective community service that truly reflects the humanitarian role of the College.
