Al-Amal College Witnesses the Graduation of the First Cohort from the Department of Dentistry

Al-Amal College for Specialized Medical Sciences held an official ceremony to celebrate the graduation of the first cohort of students from the Department of Dentistry. This distinguished academic occasion was characterized by profound feelings of pride and honor, reflecting the culmination of years of perseverance and continuous study, driven by the ambition and determination to reach this defining moment in the students' scientific journey.

The ceremony's proceedings commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the playing of the Iraqi National Anthem and the recitation of Surat Al-Fatiha in tribute to the souls of the martyrs.

Subsequently, the Dean of Al-Amal College, Prof. Dr. Mufeed Jalil Awad, delivered a speech congratulating the graduates on successfully completing their academic requirements. He emphasized that the graduation of the first cohort from the Department of Dentistry represents a significant scientific and institutional achievement. Furthermore, he urged the graduates to adhere to professional and humanitarian values, and to shoulder the responsibility of serving the community and elevating the healthcare sector.

Following this, the graduates took the medical oath under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdul Amir Al-Khafaji. They renewed their pledge to abide by the ethics of the dentistry profession, maintain scientific integrity, and work with a high humanitarian and professional spirit.

The Head of the Department of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Khalid Bulad, also delivered the department's address. He expressed his immense joy at the graduation of the first cohort and praised their scientific and practical efforts. He affirmed that the department will remain a continuous pillar of support for its graduates in their professional careers, noting that this cohort serves as the nucleus for a promising future in the field of dentistry.

The ceremony concluded with the taking of commemorative photographs bringing together the graduates, their professors, and the College administration.
